Effective Date: October 2, 2025
Welcome to The GPT Sticker Shop. By enrolling in or accessing this course, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. License of Use
When you enroll in this course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own educational purposes.
You may not:
  • Share your login credentials with anyone else.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell the course content.
  • Upload course materials to file-sharing sites, forums, or social media.
  • Repurpose, sublicense, share, or repackage this course (in whole or in part) for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial.
2. Intellectual Property
All course content — including text, prompts, templates, videos, PDFs, images, and resources — is protected by copyright.
  • You are free to use the included prompts, workflows, and strategies to create your own sticker products for resale.
  • You are not permitted to resell or redistribute the course itself, the prompt library, or any downloadable files provided inside the course.
  • All trademarks, service marks, and logos of third-party platforms mentioned (ChatGPT, DALL·E 3, Canva, Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, Stan Store, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.
3. Student Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree that you will:
  • Use the course only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Avoid creating or selling products that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property, including designs or products made by other sellers.
  • Take full responsibility for your results, business decisions, and compliance with platform rules (e.g., Etsy’s seller policies).
4. Technology & Access
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the course (due to internet, hosting, or third-party service issues).
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own device, internet connection, and software to access the materials.
  • Course Availability: Access to the course is provided for the lifetime of the program, as long as it remains active and supported by us. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue this course at any time. If the course is discontinued by us, enrolled students will be provided with at least 30 days’ notice to download any included resources, unless circumstances outside of our control (such as the shutdown of a third-party platform or service provider) make that impossible.
Our course or website may include links to third-party platforms or resources for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of those external sites. Your use of any linked websites is entirely at your own risk and governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

We make no guarantees about financial results. Your success depends on your own efforts, skills, and market conditions. Any examples shown in the course are for illustrative purposes only.
7. No Warranties
The course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information will always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the course materials, website, or related services.
