Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect for purchases made after the new effective date.
Because this is a digital educational product that provides instant access to protected materials (videos, PDFs, templates, and other downloadable resources), refunds are available only under limited conditions.
We believe in transparent, fair terms that protect both the student and the creator.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase and only if less than 20 % of the course has been accessed or completed. Access includes viewing lessons, opening gated materials, or interacting with any downloadable content within the course platform. Once more than 20 % of the course has been viewed or accessed — or once the 2-day period has passed — no refund will be granted, regardless of completion status. Accessing or viewing any PDFs, templates, or downloadable resources at any point makes the purchase non-refundable.
2. Drip-Released Content
To protect the integrity of our digital materials, certain lessons and resources are released gradually through a drip schedule. Sections 1 and 2 unlock immediately after enrollment, allowing students to explore the setup and introductory content. All remaining sections unlock automatically after 48 hours — once the refund window has ended — to ensure that core materials and downloadable resources remain protected until the refund period closes. This pacing ensures students can explore the introductory content and verify access during the refund period before full course materials become available. After the two-day refund window, the remaining modules automatically unlock for full access.
Once any digital files, PDFs, templates, or downloadable assets have been accessed — whether viewed, copied, or saved in any form — the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable. This schedule may be updated periodically to improve the learning experience. Any updates apply to new students moving forward and will not affect existing enrollments.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@stickandsell.com within the 2-day window. If the request meets the eligibility criteria above, we will process the refund manually through your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please contact our support team within the 2-day window to request a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The student has accessed more than 20 % of the course or unlocked main modules.
- Any digital files, PDFs, templates, or downloadable assets have been accessed, viewed, or saved in any form.
- The student has completed the course or viewed the final modules (e.g., Fast Track or Bonus sections).
- The refund request is made after the 2-day period.

5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us at support@stickandsell.com
within the first 48 hours. We’ll assist you promptly to ensure you can access all materials before considering a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing course materials is considered a violation of these terms.
We maintain detailed access logs and completion data as proof of digital delivery. This information may be shared with payment processors to resolve disputes or fraudulent claims.
7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and accessing this course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. You understand that, due to the digital nature of the program, access to course content constitutes full receipt of the product.
